FERNANDEZ, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, a class 2 felony. He was sentenced to four years' probation and 60 days' imprisonment pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-3406(B)(2). On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in 1) refusing to order the state to disclose the identity of a confidential informant, 2) refusing to direct a verdict of acquittal on the ground that entrapment was established as a matter of law...
