This is an action to foreclose liens on the condominium units of co-owners who refused to pay emergency assessments levied by Dockside Association's Board of Directors (the Board). We granted certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in Dockside Association, Inc. v. Detyens, 291 S.C. 214,
