DALY, J.

In this appeal from the judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties and from the judgment denying the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment, the plaintiff wife claims an abuse of discretion by the state trial referee, acting as the trial court (1) in its determination of financial awards, and (2) in its denial of the motion to open based on a finding that further evidence would not change the financial awards. We find no error.
