The State brings this appeal from the trial court's November 17, 1986 order granting defendant's motion for acquittal pursuant to OCGA § 17-7-170. The record shows that on February 28, 1986 defendant was arrested for public indecency in violation of OCGA § 16-6-8. Although not apparent of record, the parties agree, and the trial court found, that at the time of his arrest defendant was issued a Uniform Traffic Citation containing the charges...
