In this proceeding, the West Virginia Advocates for the Developmentally Disabled (WVADD)1 asks us to prohibit enforcement of an order issued by the respondent, Judge Casey. The order granted a motion to quash or modify a subpoena duces tecum issued by the Health Care Cost Review Authority (HCCRA).
