Richard James Bails was convicted by a jury of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(f); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(f). This Court affirmed the conviction in an unpublished opinion decided May 6, 1982 (Docket No. 52404). The Michigan Supreme Court denied leave to appeal. 417 Mich. 1062 (1983).
