Billy E. Graham commenced this action in equity seeking satisfaction and discharge of a mortgage held by Roger D. Prince on lands of Graham in Olanta, South Carolina. Graham also sued for the balance alleged to be due on a promissory note executed by Prince in the principal sum of $185,000.00.
