KEENAN, Judge.

Michael Yates appeals from convictions of robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He contends that the evidence was insufficient to convict him and that the trial court applied an erroneous standard of proof to his alibi defense. We find the evidence sufficient to support the convictions and affirm.1
