These cases from Grant and Spokane Counties are consolidated for this appeal. Ruth Box, James Deane, Eugene Aipperspach, Gerald Holmberg and Willis Johns appeal the denial of their motions to suppress breath test results subsequent to their arrest for driving while intoxicated. Two issues are presented: (1) whether the test results are admissible at trial when the arresting officer has failed to fully warn the driver of his or her implied consent rights...
