Ordered that the order is affirmed.

That branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence was properly granted. The arresting officers proceeded to the intersection in question in response to a radio call advising that four black males, wearing hats, were possibly selling drugs at that location. Upon their arrival, the officers observed three males on one corner of the intersection and the defendant standing alone on another corner...
