GREEN, J.

Michael Eugene Gibson appeals his conviction of premeditated first degree murder. He contends there was (1) insufficient probable cause to support the issuance of a search warrant and the evidence obtained thereby should have been suppressed; and (2) insufficient evidence of premeditation to support the conviction of murder in the first degree.
