PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the order of summary disposition entered in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7), on the basis of the statute of limitations, and MCR 2.116(C)(10), on the basis that no genuine issue of material fact existed. We affirm.

This case involves the plaintiffs' action to collect payment on a certificate of indebtedness, No. 84, titled "Michigan Tax Stock," purportedly issued by the State of Michigan in 1839...
