Presently before the Court is an appeal from an Order, dated May 7, 1986, of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. By that Order, the appellant McLean Thomas, Inc. ("McLean") was denied relief from the stay afforded by 11 U.S.C. § 362 and relating to the pending bankruptcy proceedings of debtor FLR Company, Inc.
