This case is before me for a review of a final order entered in it by our United States Bankruptcy Court. The original action arose out of a purchase agreement between the debtors, Donald and Maureen Kubinski, and the appellant-creditor, Mazzucco Construction Company ("Mazzucco") which had been entered into in May of 1978. In April of 1984, the debtors filed a joint petition for relief under Chapter 7...
