Appellee, Signate Holding, Inc., d/b/a Signate Printing ("Signate"), sued appellant in Fulton County on June 11, 1986, for an indebtedness. Appellant, a resident of California, was served under the long-arm statute (OCGA § 9-10-90 et seq.) on July 17, 1986.
