This appeal is from summary judgment forfeiting the interest of John Paul Bauman in certain residential property pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-106 [Replaced by A.R.S. § 13-4301 to -4315] and A.R.S. § 13-2314 to -2317, and from an order denying relief from the judgment pursuant to rule 60(c), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
