This is a workers' compensation appeal. The hearing officer awarded plaintiff compensation benefits for the closed periods April 23, 1983, to May 1, 1983, and June 19, 1983, to July 17, 1983. The Workers' Compensation Appeal Board reversed. This Court originally denied plaintiff's application for leave to appeal on July 25, 1985.
