The dispositive issue on this appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City is the propriety of that court's action in striking an order of default entered against Helena Lacontess Carter, appellee, upon the motion of Willie James Harris, appellant, as the result of appellee's failure to plead timely.
