R&P contends that (1) the trial court erroneously excluded from the verdict an inquiry as to Van Eperen Painting Company's negligence; (2) the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict; (3) cumulative prejudicial error warrants a new trial; and (4) the damage award is excessive.
