The Chapter 7 Trustee brought this action to recover alleged preferential transfers, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b)1, received by the defendant, TDK Electronics Corporation ("TDK"). The defendant supplied the debtor with video and audio tapes from the debtor.
