This is an appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiff's administrative appeal from the decision of the named defendant, Connecticut state board of labor relations, which held that the plaintiff had committed a refusal to bargain and a prohibited practice in violation of General Statutes § 7-470.1 We dismiss the appeal as moot.
