The Plaintiff, Household Finance Corporation (HFC), filed a complaint against the Debtor to determine dischargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)(2)(B), for allegedly executing a false financial statement in connection with refinancing a preexisting loan with the Plaintiff and obtaining an additional advance of cash.<...
