This appeal arises from the settlement of a dissolution of marriage proceeding between petitioner-appellee Patricia Garn and her former husband, Stephen Garn. Appellants Stacy Garn and Ada Garn are Stephen's parents. They were added as parties pursuant to A.R.S. § 25-314(D).
