Within 30 days thereafter, appellant neither filed a notice of appeal pursuant to OCGA § 5-6-38, nor sought an extension of time for filing a notice of appeal pursuant to OCGA § 5-6-39. Instead, on January 7, 1987, the juvenile court entered an order purporting to grant appellant an extension of time for filing a notice of appeal...
