Defendant, Frank Campbell, was convicted by a jury of burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 19-1) and was sentenced to a six-year term of imprisonment. Three issues are raised on appeal: (1) whether the investigative detention and pat-down search of defendant was illegal; (2) whether the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant possessed a felonious intent at the time...
