Valeria Colasurdo appeals from the trial court's summary dismissal of her complaint against the King County Sheriff for damages arising out of the execution sale of her residence. Colasurdo argues the court erred in finding the sheriff had no affirmative duty to search for personal property out of which to satisfy the judgment against her before levying on her real property.
