This dispute arises by way of a Motion for Protective Order filed by NCNB NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA ("NCNB"). The NCNB Motion for Protective Order ("NCNB Motion") was filed in this Court in response to the issuance by the Clerk of this Court of a Subpoena to Witness issued on September 23, 1986. This Subpoena was served on NCNB by FINCORA, LTD., CFC CAPITAL CORPORATION, and COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL CORPORATION...
