Wayne Gibson and Jack Durham, doing business as Kwik Chek, commenced this suit to enforce specific performance of an oral lease of a building owned by Jim Hrysikos. The circuit court consolidated this suit with an action brought by Collins Music in Magistrate's Court to eject Gibson and Durham from the premises, claiming it was the lessee.
