Defendants appeal by leave granted from the November 1, 1985, order of summary disposition entered by the Wayne Circuit Court in favor of the plaintiff on his tort claim for noneconomic loss under Michigan's no-fault automobile insurance act, MCL 500.3135; MSA 24.13135.
