MEMORANDUM OPINION

This adversary comes before the Court on the complaint of the ex-wife in three Counts for non-dischargeability of specific debts under § 523 and one Count of nondischargeability under § 727. The Court will address them in reverse order.
As to Count IV under § 727, plaintiff first alleged that defendant had disposed of property and a business within one year of filing bankruptcy....
