We granted employer, Walsh Construction Company, and insurer, Georgia Insurance Company, discretionary review of an order of the superior court upholding an award of the State Board of Worker's Compensation in favor of claimant Hamilton. The sole issue on appeal, which was the prominent issue below, is whether or not Hamilton's injury arose out of and in the course of his employment and is thereby compensable.
