Plaintiff Jerome S. Blumenthal filed a derivative complaint against the corporate defendants, some of their directors, and some of their officers and employees. No pre-suit demand was made. He attempted to allege gross negligence in the supervision and approval of two loans made by Greyhound Leasing and Financial Corporation to a person named Sheldon Player.
