A jury trial in the Superior Court (Bean, J.) resulted in the defendant's convictions on one count of burglary, RSA 635:1, and two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2. He was sentenced under RSA 651:6, II(a) to consecutive extended terms of imprisonment totaling twenty to sixty years for the assaults, and to a further, but suspended, consecutive term of three and one-half to seven years for the burglary.
