On appeal from his conviction of burglary, appellant asserts the general grounds.

Evidence presented at trial showed that two police officers responded to a silent alarm at an appliance store at 2:33 a. m. The officers testified that, upon their arrival at the store, they saw appellant inside and arrested him.
