This appeal was taken from the order of the trial court denying appellants' motions to set aside a default judgment and to quash a writ of garnishment issued on that judgment. Appellee Cheryl Dixon was injured on August 17, 1984, in Tempe, Arizona, when a gravel truck driven by Dinah Hill collided with an automobile driven by Dixon. Hill was allegedly acting within the course and scope of her employment with appellant Picopa Construction...
