This lawsuit arises out of a fire loss that occurred on September 15, 1985. At that time, plaintiff, Robert Wolf, was in the business of raising and breeding rabbits for the sale of pelts and carcasses. The rabbits were kept at the premises of his partner, Lee Weaver, in Mifflintown.
