Plaintiff, Anand B. Gogate, was employed by defendant, the Ohio State University, in the Department of Architecture as an assistant professor in September 1981 on a tenure track. Plaintiff was informed in January 1983 that his contract would not be renewed beyond June 30, 1984 and his employment would be terminated as of that date.
