The Trustee of Colombian Coffee Co., Inc. ("Trustee"), Lawrence R. Metsch, brought an adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida to recover $3,787,000 from the First Alabama Bank of Mobile ("Bank").
