Crumlish, appeals from an Order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City which affirmed an Order of the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Maryland (Commissioner) by which appellant's automobile insurer, appellee, Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO), was found not to have violated any of the pertinent sections of MD. ANN. CODE art. 48A, the Insurance Code, in its attempted cancellation of appellant's insurance policy...
