Plaintiff herein moves for an order vacating an income execution served on him pursuant to CPLR 5241. Plaintiff is a partner in a law firm, and was directed by order of this court to pay maintenance to defendant in the sum of $125 per week. After plaintiff's "default" as said term is defined by CPLR 5241 (a) (7), the law firm of which plaintiff is a partner was served with an income execution commending said firm to deduct each week...
