Paragon Transport, Inc., appeals as of right from an order of the St. Clair County Probate Court granting the petition brought by Comerica Bank-Detroit, executor of the Prichard estate, for authority to pay legal fees and expert witness fees in a suit brought against Comerica in its capacity as executor of the Prichard estate. Paragon claims that Comerica, and not the estate, should be charged with the expenses...
