In the course of discharging a reporting obligation imposed by G.L.c. 138, § 25 (concerning customers whose accounts are not fully paid within sixty days),2 Whitehall erroneously reported "Dexter's Hearthside Rest." (Hearthside) as a delinquent account of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission...
