This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction in a drug case. Following an indictment and jury trial, appellant Louis Rinchack was convicted of conspiracy to import marijuana, importation of marijuana, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He argues on appeal that: 1) the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to appoint a psychiatric expert at government expense...
