HOLLOWAY, Chief Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Donna Marie Sunrhodes appeals that portion of the judgment and commitment order which orders her to pay $6260 in restitution to the Indian Health Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to the restitution provisions of the Victim and Witness Protection Act of 1982, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3579-3580. We affirm.
