The defendant, Joseph L. Swisshelm, was convicted of driving with a prohibited breath-alcohol concentration in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(3). He appeals, claiming as his sole assignment of error that "the court abused its discretion when it did not wait a reasonable time for the appearance of an expert witness hired by a criminal defendant." We affirm.
