The single issue in this appeal is whether the accidental injury to plaintiff-appellant, Day Lemming, was compensable under R.C. Chapter 4123 (workers' compensation) as being received in the course of, and arising out of, her employment. R.C. 4123.01(C).1 The Industrial Commission and the court of common pleas both held that the injury was not compensable. We disagree.
