This is an appeal from the district court's judgment granting appellee, Hobco, Inc., an equitable lien against a Tallahassee office building owned by appellant, Tallahassee Associates, releasing Hobco from its rental guaranty agreement and rejecting appellant's breach of warranty and misrepresentation claims against Hobco.
