This is an appeal from a district court judgment dismissing appellants' antitrust claim. Appellants are Paul Newman, a well-known film actor, George Roy Hill, a prominent film director, and Pan Arts Production corporation, Hill's closely owned corporation (hereinafter "Newman and Hill").
