This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award denying death benefits. Two issues are presented: (1) whether the Industrial Commission (Commission) had jurisdiction to adjudicate a widow's claim for death benefits; and (2) whether reasonable medical evidence supports the conclusion that the employee's death was unrelated to his industrial injury.
