This case involves an appeal of a sentence below the presumptive range set forth in the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981 (RCW 9.94A). The defendant had stabbed her boyfriend and was convicted of first degree manslaughter. The presumptive sentence range was 31 to 41 months.
